Christine Anthos Koller

Christine Anthos Koller, 60, of North Port, FL, passed away Thursday, June 14th, 2012. She was born on July 17th, 1951, in Pittsburgh, PA, where she grew up, and worked as a beautician and in the service industry. In 1985, she relocated with her husband and children to Port Charlotte, FL, where she worked as a caretaker, eventually owning and operating an ALF. She was very adament about homemaking, and devoted herself to her husband, children, family and friends. She was heavily involved in generating and attending christian home groups. She enjoyed art, music, the ballet, the beach, and dining. She is survived by her husband, Frank Koller, her step-daughter Kimberly Koller-Large, her sons Jacob Weyers and Matthew Koller, and her sister, Beverly Anthos.

Visitation Sunday, June 24, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. at Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home 2405 Harbor Blvd. Port Charlotte, Florida. Officiated by Rev. Steve Bailey. Burial will be at Sarasota National Cemetery Sarasota, Florida.
