Noel lived in Hammond, IN most of his life and moved to Englewood, FL in 1991. He was a Laundry Engineer for Service Master Corporation. Noel was an avid fisherman, hunter, Goldwing Rider, and enjoyed traveling. Noel was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen. He is survived by two sons Robert (Roberta) of Culver, IN and Richard of Michigan City, IN. five granddaughters; and five great grandchildren.
