In loving memory of Colonel Donald L. Miller, who took his last flight on August 24, 2010. He is survived by his wife Joann and his six children, Sandra Growe, Douglas Miller, Leslie Miller, Joseph Miller, Claudia McCleod and Stephanie Theriault, along with eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. As well as an impeccable military career as a pilot in the U.S. Army Air Corp., he also flew jet fighters in the U.S. National Guard. He retired from USAF in 1984 after a long flying career, which was his boyhood dream. He also was a plant manager for Carrier Corporation in Syracuse, New York for 32 years. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him. Funeral InformationA memorial service will be held at Lemon Bay Funeral Home on Saturday August 28 at 11:30 a.m. |
