Englewood, & Punta Gorda FL Area Patricia A. Davis, 72, of Venice, FL passed away November 4th, 2012 at Clare Bridge Senior Living Facility. Pat was born on November 17, 1939 in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of Louis and Marjorie Adorjan. She moved to Venice, FL in 1944. Pat graduated from Venice High School in 1957. On August 2, 1958 she married A. Ferold (Pud) Davis in Venice, FL. Pat was employed as an insurance agent for State Farm in Englewood from 1978 through 2005, forming life-time clients and lasting friendships.
Pat was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was an avid walker and also enjoyed antiquing and spending time at their cabin in North Carolina.
Pat is survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, A. Ferold Davis; son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Kerri Davis of Venice; son and fiancé, Kevin Davis and Jennifer Okaty-Rose of Englewood; grandchildren, Joshua, Elissa and Alex Davis; great-grandchildren, Jace and Ariana Davis. She also leaves behind two sisters, Mimi Stack and Barbara Prine; and one brother, Bud Adorjan.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Pat’s name to Tidewell Hospice of Englewood, 12034 N. Access Road, Port Charlotte, FL 33981.
