Margaret T. Mahanor of Punta Gorda, Florida, formerly of Abington, MA, passed away on November 29, 2012. Beloved wife of Donald P. Mahanor, they were married for 53 years. Daughter of the late Norine (Whittaker) and Robert Yourell. Loving mother of Dawn Marie Guidoboni and her fiance, Timothy Richardson of Kingston, MA, Donald P. Mahanor, Jr and his wife, Valerie of Virginia Beach, VA, and Daniel R. Mahanor and his wife, Jennifer of Tampa, FL. Cherished grandmother to Christina, Marissa, Matthew, Michael, Annie, and Olivia. Margaret was the dear sister of Carole Ann Goulart of Cohasset, MA. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and many close friends. Her smile and laughter will be missed by all. Margaret was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Punta Gorda, FL. She was a successful business woman who owned and operated Peg's Beauty Shop in Rockland, MA. She enjoyed her home in Florida and visits with her family. A memorial mass will be held at 10 am on December 10, 2012 at Holy Family Church, 601 Tremont Street, Duxbury, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
