Karrie Lynn Davids Miller, 41, of Punta Gorda, FL died on January 2, 2012 in Tampa, Florida. She was born January 22, 1970 in Port Charlotte, FL to Elwyn “Skip” and Mary Bridget Davids. For many years now, Karrie has been a well known local bartender in the Punta Gorda area. She loved her family and friends and had a great passion for Nascar Racing.

She is survived by her husband, Douglas E Miller; her best friend, Joe Foltz; her children Kristina Miller, Douglas Miller, Ashley Miller and CJ Miller; her parents, Skip and Bridget Davids; brothers and sisters, Todd (Jennifer) Ream, Karen (Allen) Epperly, Krystal (Jaime) Martinez, Kimberly Davids, Kacey (Doug McCurdy) Davids, Kellie Davids, Kyle Davids and Kelly Jo DeRego, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon till 1:00 pm, Saturday January 14, 2012 at the Kays-Ponger & Uselton Funeral Home, 635 E Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, FL 33950. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 pm, Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev Rick McDonald officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Karrie to the Victory Junction Gang Camp at victoryjunction.org.
