Sylvia Lee Blauvelt, 68, of Port Charlotte, Fla., passed away Tuesday, June 19th, 2012. She was born March 14th, 1944, in Lebanon, Pa. She resided in Mass. for many years before moving to Fla. She devoted many years of her life caring for the ederly as a CNA in various nursing homes. She is survived by her husband, William, daughter, Kim Lemaster, sons, Travis and Richard Blauvelt, grandchildren, Erica, Ryan, and Adam Lemaster, great-granddaughter, Juliana Rios, and brother, Harry Brown.
